For more than a decade, Amr has built a reputation as a leader in the employee health and wellbeing sector. Currently, as an Employee Benefits and Health and Wellbeing Consultant at Bridgewell Financial, Amr delivers solutions with a focus on the many ways that personalization, data and technology are being used to deliver tailored programs for employers, employees and their families. A graduate of Brock University, Amr spent the bulk of his career helping to grow the executive healthcare giant Medcan, into the leading provider in the country as a member of the leadership team with a focus on business development. In his current role as an Employee Benefits Consultant, he believes that the status quo has changed, and that providing the necessary benefit supports and promoting employee wellbeing will be critical to organizations’ future success as they work to attract and retain top talent. He’s also passionate about travel and is always looking forward to his next adventure abroad.
