Chris Chae is a product and business builder at Neo Financial, focused on improving the financial future for Canadians. He launched one of Canada’s first venture studios at Highline Beta, where he validated startup opportunities and invested in early-stage companies. Chris has also consulted for Fortune 500 executives and successfully led diverse teams, scaling multiple consumer products to millions of users.
Joanna Wynn
Head of Channel Partnerships at Helcim
Joanna brings nearly 20 years of experience in sales, negotiations, and partnerships in the energy and tech sectors. After 15 years as a Senior Land Negotiator in the Canadian energy industry, she transitioned to tech in 2021, leading Client Success and Account Management teams before joining a Series A scale-up. Now Head of Channel Partnerships at Helcim, Joanna is passionate about fostering connections in the startup ecosystem and serves as an advisor and investor in various initiatives.

COO at NDAX
Tanim Rasul has been the Chief Operating Officer at NDAX.IO since February 2018, driving the company’s growth in the cryptocurrency industry. As a founding team member, he has expanded the organization to over 65 employees and enhanced operational efficiency. Tanim oversees day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and budget management while fostering a culture of innovation. Recognized as a cryptocurrency expert, he has contributed to industry publications and delivered keynote speeches, solidifying his influence in the field.
