Leen Al-Taher is a Web 3 Product Manager at Rarible where she oversees all aspects of Rarible’s community marketplace products. She applies her expertise to drive innovation and create value for the platform’s users. Throughout her career, Leen has held various roles in different industries, including app development, systems consulting, and aerospace manufacturing. Her diverse experience has given her a unique perspective on product management. In addition to her work, Leen is passionate about empowering women in tech and onboarding users to Web 3.

Nisita has a unique multi-sector leadership profile across corporate, consulting, non-profit and startups with company sizes varying between 50 to 500,000+ employees. Prior to Web3, Nisita spent over a decade transforming operations, advising C-suite on strategy and innovation programs across industries (Telecommunication, Pension, Real Estate, Education, Fashion) and geographies (Canada, United States, United Kingdom, India and Australia). In addition to her current position on the Board of Pathways to Education, her passion to drive long-term strategies for organizations has led to serving on the boards of Music Toronto, Community Innovation Lab and Care Watch, along with advising awesome startups.
