In 2022, Dhaval Bhatt co-founded the indie Toronto-based agency, Courage. Born from a simple mission to help people and brands find their courage, today it is the fastest-growing agency in Canada. Over the past 20 years, he has created internationally celebrated work for major brands like KFC, Nestle, IKEA, Molson-Coors, General Mills, and many more. With over 20 years of ad experience, Tom Kenny is CSO and partner at Toronto-based indie agency Courage Inc. as well as one of Canada's top-ranked strategists. He has helped shape internationally recognized campaigns for renowned brands like KFC, Dove, P&G, GM, Kellogg's, and many more, establishing him as a driving force behind innovative work that blend creativity and efficacy. As an industry thought leader, his insights have been featured in Muse, Fast Company, and Globe and Mail.

Tessa Ohlendorf

Founder at Fabric Folk, Advisory Board Member at Work Time Reduction

Tessa is the founder of Fabric Folk, an AI-driven business consultancy focused on upskilling workplaces and promoting a tech-centric learning culture. Having honed her skills in search, media, programmatic, and analytics within New York's media tech sector, Tessa returned to Toronto in 2011 to establish the programmatic unit at IPG Mediabrands. She then advanced to lead the Google partner program in Canada and manage the Media.Monks team at the full-service agency MightyHive/Media.Monks. Her innovative, tech-forward, and people-centric approach has earned multiple accolades, including "Top Women in Media and Ad Tech 2022" by AdExchanger and Admonsters, and two 2023 "Best Workplace" awards from Great Place to Work (Best Workplace for Women, and Best Workplace Managed by Women). Fabric Folk, her newest venture, is a change management and implementation consultancy for agencies and brands that first educates, and second embeds practical AI solutions. Fabric Folk aims to simplify AI use cases in the workplace, and works with a business to shift to a culture of curiosity and experimentation. Matt Panousis

Co-Founder & COO at Monsters Aliens Robots Zombies (MARZ)

Matt is the co-founder and COO of Monsters Aliens Robots Zombies (MARZ). Prior to launching MARZ in 2018, he co-founded Toronto-based SaaS company ACTO. Matt holds a Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University, and was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Ontario Finalist in 2023.

Alyza Keshavjee

Head of Consumer Insights, Canada

Alyza Keshavjee is the Head of Consumer Insights at Google Canada. In her role, Alyza harnesses the power of Google data to deliver relevant and unique consumer and business insights for Canada’s largest advertisers. Alyza has built high performing teams in analytics, marketing, technology, agile development and strategy at Google, Manulife and at the Boston Consulting Group. She is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jeff Lancaster is a seasoned leader and expert in digital marketing, with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is the Head of Agency Development for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Canada, where he helps the world's biggest agencies and their clients harness the power of LinkedIn's platform to achieve their business goals. As the Chair of the Board of Directors for the IAB Canada and Professional Advisory Council for the Pilon School of Business at Sheridan College , Jeff also plays a pivotal role in advancing the digital media and advertising ecosystem in the country.

Kipp Gearhart

VP of Sales at Intent HQ

Kipp Gearhart is a seasoned leader in the data and marketing technology industries, with extensive expertise in SaaS-based AI/ML platforms. With over two decades of experience, Kipp currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Intent HQ, 2024 AI Company of the Year and FT1000-listed rapidly growing European business, the world’s first AI Platform for predicting customer behavior and intent using its client’s own first-party data with embedded privacy preservation. Educated at Dickinson College with a BA in Ibero-American Studies, Kipp is also multilingual, fluent in Spanish and Portuguese alongside his native English, which positions him uniquely for international business strategies. His commitment to team-building, mentoring, and leadership is reflected in his active participation as a board member and volunteer at several non-profit industry and community organizations.
