Rob Francis is a Canadian healthcare leader developing concierge medicine solutions in both the private sector and working with Indigenous communities to build better healthcare programs. He's recently been an executive in the healthcare industry, previously the VP, Talent at Medcan. Rob also consults with healthcare companies to deliver innovative solutions in a complex environment. Prior to his work in the private sector, Rob retired from the Canadian Armed Forces as a Lieutenant-Commander, specializing in organizational behaviour after serving with the Royal Canadian Navy in a variety of operational roles.
Dr. Alex Dobranowski
CEO and Co-Founder of MCI Onehealth Technologies Inc.
Dr. Alexander Dobranowski is the CEO and co-founder of MCI Onehealth Technologies Inc. With over 10 years of specialized clinical and healthcare technology experience, Dr. Dobranowski has successfully led multiple teams in the development and execution of innovative technology solutions to complex healthcare problems. Dr. Dobranowski attended business school at McMaster University and the University of Tennessee before attending the University of Adelaide Medical School (Australia) to earn his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Dr. Dobranowski has published a number of medical research papers, book chapters and he co-authored “Radiology: Chest X-Ray Interpretation”, a medical textbook that received the prestigious British Medical Association’s (BMA) book of the year award in 2014. Prior to joining the MCI team, Dr. Dobranowski co-founded and developed the technology for a data-driven diagnostic imaging artificial intelligence venture (deepscreen.ai) and he has collaborated with a number of artificial intelligence experts on data-driven healthcare initiatives. Dr. Dobranowski then worked as the Clinical Director of Technology at MCI Medical Inc. and Altima Dental Inc., where he led the development and scaling of clinical and patient interfacing applications that have been applied to a patient population of over 3 million. As a former distinguished athlete, Dr. Dobranowski was a Canadian national track and field champion in the decathlon and Canadian national junior record holder. He competed internationally for Canada while being a scholarship member on the track and field team at the University of Tennessee (Division I). During his athletic career, Dr. Dobranowski qualified and competed in the Pan-American games (2003, Barbados), and earned the esteemed “Blue” Award (2008) for his athletic achievements while attending medical school.

Jeff Davenport is the Sr Director Digital Health Engagement at Shopper’s Drug Mart, responsible for acquisition, engagement and analytics on the enterprise Health app PC Health. The app empowers Canadians to access Care where and when they want to ultimately drive improved health outcomes. Prior to joining Shopper’s Jeff has led strategy and innovation teams at McCann Health, Janssen Inc., and FCB Health.
Zayna Khayat
VP of Growth & Client Success at Teladoc Health
Zayna is VP of Growth & Client Success at Teladoc Health in Canada. Zayna previously led the Futures team with national home healthcare and aging non-proift, SE Health, as their Future Strategist. Zayna is Faculty of Singularity University’ Exponential Medicine stream, and is adjunct faculty in the Health Sector Strategy stream at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Dr. Khayat was previously the lead of health system innovation at MaRS Discovery District, a health innovation hub in Toronto, Canada. In 2017 she was seconded to the REshape Innovation Centre at Radboud university medical centre in the Netherlands. Zayna completed her Ph.D. in diabetes research from the University of Toronto (2001), followed by a career in strategy consulting, including as a Principal in the healthcare practice of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She currently resides in Toronto with her husband and three children and is proficient in French and Arabic languages.
Amr Galal

For more than a decade, Amr has built a reputation as a leader in the employee health and wellbeing sector. Currently, as an Employee Benefits and Health and Wellbeing Consultant at Bridgewell Financial, Amr delivers solutions with a focus on the many ways that personalization, data and technology are being used to deliver tailored programs for employers, employees and their families. A graduate of Brock University, Amr spent the bulk of his career helping to grow the executive healthcare giant Medcan, into the leading provider in the country as a member of the leadership team with a focus on business development. In his current role as an Employee Benefits Consultant, he believes that the status quo has changed, and that providing the necessary benefit supports and promoting employee wellbeing will be critical to organizations’ future success as they work to attract and retain top talent. "Many organizations will need to change their approach, and I’m excited that Bridgewell can help deliver the right solutions to help them achieve their strategic goals.” Away from the office, Amr enjoys a range of activities including golf, hockey and volleyball and anything else active. He’s also passionate about travel and is always looking forward to his next adventure abroad.
