Prior to Walmart, Drew led sales strategy at MySpace and JumpTV.

As SVP of Loblaw Digital, the digital arm of Canada’s largest and most successful retailer, Lauren leads a team of over 650 colleagues across design, product, technology, growth & operations, building & operating the digital platforms for PC Express, Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty & Pharmacy, Joe Fresh & PC Optimum, among several others. In 2023, she became a member of the Loblaw Companies Management Board. Lauren is incredibly passionate about people leadership, building diverse teams and inclusive spaces & shipping products designed for all.
