An International Women's Day Celebration with RBC
As the Canadian tech sector continues to thrive, it is the responsibility of the entire community to ensure that growth is matched with support for a diverse, inclusive and accessible workforce. How we actively support women founders, technical specialists and members of our community is an important piece of this conversation. This International Women's Day, these topics will be taking center stage as we come together and #ChoosetoChallenge the Future of Canadian Technology.
Join TechTO and RBC for an afternoon of conversation that celebrates innovation led by women in the Canadian tech sector and hearing from those shaping the future through innovative technologies and practices. Whether you are new to the sector or paving the way for the next generation, you will find space for your voice to be heard and acknowledged amongst peers and friends in the community who will help you learn and grow.
Together, we will #ChoosetoChallenge the future of Canadian tech to become the most inclusive, accessible and supportive environment possible for women across the country.

About International Women's Day 2021:
"A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequity. We can choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge."
